Individual counseling sessions
In trusting individual sessions, I offer you a safe space to talk freely about your thoughts, feelings and concerns. I actively listen, take time to understand you better, and support you in gaining clarity and developing new perspectives.
I work with you to identify your personal goals and define concrete steps to achieve them. Through targeted questions and systemic methods, I help you discover resources, overcome blocks, and develop effective strategies for positive change.
Type of consultation and prices
Individual counseling CHF 140.- /h
Couple/family counseling CHF 180.- /h
A counseling session can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes. For couple or family counseling it is recommended to book 90-minute sessions.
