Nicole Vuille
certified Psychosocial Counselor

As someone who grew up in two countries, moved several times during my childhood, and changed schools more than once, I understand how challenging these transitions can be.

These experiences have shaped my sensitivity to the emotional impact of change, belonging, and stability. Today, many of my friends are English-speaking expats, which allows me to witness firsthand the unique challenges that come with building a life in a new environment.

I deeply appreciate how important a sense of stability and connection is and how strongly our surroundings can influence our mental well-being.

This is also what led me to expand my services to include online counseling, in addition to in-person sessions. My aim is to make support more accessible to expats and English-speaking residents across Switzerland, as finding psychological support in English can often be a challenge.

What happens during a psychological counseling session?

We begin by exploring your concerns and what you hope to achieve. From there, we work together to understand the deeper context of your situation and uncover any patterns in your thoughts and behaviours.

Based on this, I draw on methods best suited to your needs and explain how they can support you. Together, we develop practical strategies and solutions that you can carry into your everyday life.
